Pablo is a Software Engineer passionate about technology and software development.

At Runway10, he is responsible for establishing processes and selecting technologies that empower the company to achieve top results in every Project it undertakes.

Pablo has rich experience in Information Technology applied to Recruiting, Sales, Corporate Web Applications, System Integration, Embedded Applications and Monitoring Systems.

Prior to co-founding Runway10, Pablo worked as a software developer, designer, team leader and architect for a number of well-established companies like Endesa Group's IT company Synapsis, Indra SI and Avature.

Pablo is a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, where he obtained a BA in Software Engineering.

Federico is a religious believer in pragmatic thinking and stepwise improvement as ways to produce high quality software.

Federico's work at Runway10 includes a mixture of responsibilities. As well as being close to software development activities, he looks after the company's strategic planning and financial matters.

He has over 8 years of experience and has applied his software engineering skills to point of sale mobile applications, high-volume transactional systems and web based multimedia products.

Before co-founding Runway10, he worked as a software architect and product technical lead at companies like Endesa Group's IT company Synapsis, EzShow and Indra SI. He has been involved in projects for companies in the United States, Canada, Australia, Spain, and Argentina.

Federico holds a Systems Engineer degree from the National Technological University.
